Arriving at Nadzab Airport

Arriving at Nadzab Airport is, for me, is like arriving at a place I’d never left.

Here are some pictures of my recent arrival at Nadzab on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

Our Dash-8 aircraft arriving at Nadzab. The airport is limited to lighter aircraft because of major infrastructure development. Air Niugini Flight PX100, under the command of Captain Lloyd Loi and FO Nimrod Torrie, has taken a short 50-minute flight from Port Moresby.
I love the sight of the mountains across the Markham River as I walk to the terminal.
